Month 1–2
Business Plan & Legal Structure
Your business plan is built iteratively with mentor support — revenue model, pricing, go-to-market, cost structure. We connect you with a Swiss legal specialist so your structure, co-founder agreement, equity and IP are in place from the start, not fixed later.
Month 2–4
Customer Discovery & First Contract
You approach real potential customers with a specific, testable question. Discovery calls turn into your first signed contract — the moment a business plan becomes a business.
Ongoing
Building With AI
You lead the build with human judgment throughout; AI does the heavy lifting on execution — code, drafts, models, tests — with the AI Adoption Expert helping you decide where AI genuinely belongs in your product.
Month 4–6
Pilot & Launch
Early customers use a live pilot. You refine based on real usage, then move toward full launch — and into the Sparksli Alumni community.
