Who we are

What we collect

We collect personal data when you actively provide it to us, specifically:

• Contact details — your name and email address, when you book a call, fill in a contact form, or complete the AI Risk assessment.
• Assessment responses — your answers to the AI Risk questionnaire, used to generate your personalised result.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) generated automatically by our hosting provider as part of normal website operation.

We do not knowingly collect any special category data (health, religion, political views, etc.), and we ask that you don't include this in any free-text field.

How we use it

We use your data for the following purposes only:

• To send you what you asked for — your personalised AI Risk result, sent to the email address you provide at the point you request it.
• To follow up on your assessment — because completing the assessment is a direct request for a personalised outcome, we may reach out once to discuss your result and whether Sparksli's programme is relevant to you.
• To send occasional updates — only if you've explicitly opted in via the checkbox at the point of collection. This is entirely separate from the above, and you can withdraw this consent at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Legal basis for processing

Sending your requested result and a related one-time follow-up is based on our legitimate interest in responding to a direct request you've made, balanced against your rights and expectations. Ongoing marketing communications are based on your explicit, freely-given consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of third-party services to operate Sparksli, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms:

• Google Workspace — used to deliver the emails described above and for calendar management.
• Calendly — used to schedule exploration sessions, if you choose to book one.
• Our web hosting provider — stores the website and basic server logs.

We don't share your data with any other third party, and none of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Assessment responses and contact details are kept for up to 12 months following your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted unless you've booked a session or become a Sparksli participant, in which case standard business record-keeping periods apply. If you've opted in to ongoing communications, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
• Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
